Loving WI

Olivia and I will be in Eau Claire, WI until mid August and Bill will join us when he's done working at the church. Then we'll head to CA in time for him to start school at Talbot Seminary.

Olivia begs to go outside every chance she gets. She likes being pulled in the red wagons.
Addie, Olivia, and Greta hanging in a wagon.
Olivia is really getting comfortable and Greta is about to get out. They all love wearing shades.
Olivia saw Greta on her potty seat and begged Holly to put her up there. I don't think she went, but she had a story read to her.
She loved her first corn on the cob, buttered and salted just right by Grandma Kohlhepp.
The girls strolling the animal barns at the St. Croix County Fair today. We went to watch my Grandma Rassbach's quilts get judged in the open exhibit. The girls loved the animals and Olivia mooed when she saw cows. We had a great lunch and then stopped by Grandma's house to get a huge load of fresh picked raspberries, which we ate half of before we even left. We are loving all the fresh blueberries, raspberries, potatoes, corn, spinach, green beans and more my parents grow here.

On the Road to WI

Loading up the truck in Hampton on Saturday the 18th.
All set to head to WI. P.s. we really did need this big of a truck.

Bill's extended family threw Olivia a 1st birthday party since they didn't get to see her in March.
Thank you so much for the wonderful gifts and cake!

At the hotel pool in Bloomington, IL. Olivia enjoyed the swim with Papa.
Love the water!

On the Road to WI Part II

When we reached WI, Holly had prepared a huge meal for the friends and their families who came to help us unload the truck. There were about 18 total including babies and kids.My Dad, brother-in-law Jon, and friends Scott and Alan unloaded the truck like champs. Last off was Bill's cycle.Olivia, Addie, and Carter.
This was at a rest area somewhere in IL. Since my dad drove the truck the entire way, we let him rest every now and then. Olivia thought she would too.
This is our monster in front of Bill's parents' home in WV. What made me nervous is the steep drop (not pictured) on the other side of the road. My dad blocked the wheels and we made it!

Happy 30th Bill!

My husband turns 30 today. Here are a few baby pics! Do you think they resemble anyone else you may know?

Fun fact: Bill's mom, Vida, recently told me that when Bill was little, he would lay next to something if he liked it.

Packing Pictures

Bill builds Olivia tunnels with the boxes.
We recently acquired a Tickle me Elmo doll. Here's the first day with Elmo:

Please don't take him from me.

Sitting on the packed box of spices.

I had packed this already, but she found it and took it out of the box (it's the top of our air popcorn popper.)
Zombie baby who watches more tv and movies than she should (it's the only way I can pack during the day.)

Playing

Saying Mommy very well!

These jammies Olivia is wearing are from my Great Aunt Loie from CA. Olivia loves to wear them! She even ate about half a watermelon in them this weekend.

Finger painting this afternoon.
