Under Cabinet Lighting Wonders

Bill is adding the finishing touches to the kitchen he has installed. I've been wanting a "glow" to the kitchen and he created it for me! He also painted, added shelving, and put lights in the laundry closet as well. We've both been busy...it's amazing what a baby on the way will do for motivation levels around here. 2nd bedroom here we come!

Monday Night Ride

Monday night we decided to get on the bike and ride to Yorktown beach. We watched the sunset and then had dinner at a biker's pub.

Our church had a service, picnic, and river baptism on Sunday. It was great to be outside and really fun to be all together for the day.

Cravings

Pizza Hut Stuffed-crust pepperoni pizza, chicken tortilla soup, whopper w/no onions, grapes, Fritos Corn Chips (original), chili, not brown bread, and today, sushi (california roll of course). Yes, all the things I crave. I've been hoarding my birthday money for such times as these-unmerited spendings that only benefit me. And I enjoy every bite.

Race Day in WV

These are from the Parkersburg Homecoming 2 mile and half marathon race.

Weekend in WV

We spent last weekend in Parkersburg, WV with Bill's family. His sister Tifiny and brother-in-law Esteban flew in from CA as well. We had a wonderful time being together. One of the highlights of the trip (and purposes) was a 2 mile race in which Bill, Tifiny, and Dad Sprouse ran. They placed 2nd as a family team, Bill got third in his age category, and Dad Sprouse won 2nd place in his age division! This race will be the talk of the family for years to come.

My amazing little Greta

This is my niece Greta Grace. She's almost 10 months old and we don't get to see her enough. She loves water and bath time.

A wonderful Birthday

I had a wonderful 29th birthday. My co-workers brought me flowers, food, and gifts. Bill took me to Richmond to a nice italian eatery and we enjoyed walking around the Short Pump mall.
